Terms of service

The terms on which businesses use AI Caller.

Last updated 7 August 2026

Status of this document

This is a working draft prepared for review. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it before you publish or rely on it.

The service

AI Caller provides software that answers and places telephone calls on your behalf, takes actions you have configured, and records the result. You remain responsible for what you configure it to do and say.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, policies and knowledge you supply, for the lawfulness of any outbound calling you run, and for obtaining consent where your jurisdiction requires it.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Minutes beyond your plan are charged at the published overage rate. You can cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the paid period.

Availability

We aim for high availability and publish incident information, but no telephony service is free of interruption. Configure a fallback route for your line so calls are never simply lost.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export cases, transcripts and audit trails at any time, and request deletion.
