Can it take deposits?
It can prompt for one and record the response. The payment itself is handled by your existing payment provider.
Can it book across several locations?
Yes, on Growth and above. It can offer the nearest branch with capacity rather than only the one the caller rang.
What about public holidays?
Listed separately from your weekly hours, so a bank holiday does not quietly become a bookable Tuesday.
Can customers cancel by phone?
Yes, and the slot is released immediately so it can be offered to someone else, which is the point of handling it live.
