Custom API and webhooks

Outbound webhooks

Every case event can post to your endpoint, so your systems react in real time.

Inbound API

Push customer context in before a call, so it recognises who is ringing.

Custom actions

Call your own endpoint mid-conversation and use the response in the call.

Export

Cases, transcripts and audit trails as CSV, whenever you want them.

Questions

Worth asking before you buy

What if my system is not listed?
Most systems connect through webhooks, Zapier or Make. Bring yours to the call and we will check it before you commit to anything.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every integration is available on every plan, including Starter. We do not gate connections behind a higher tier.
How long does connecting take?
A calendar or CRM is usually a two minute sign-in. A SIP trunk or a custom webhook depends on your side rather than ours.
What happens if an integration fails mid-call?
The node takes its failure path. Usually that means holding the slot, telling the caller honestly, and creating a task for a person.
Can I connect two calendars at once?
Yes. Multiple calendars can be treated as one pool of availability, or kept separate per location or per technician.
