Most companies do not need another supplier. They need fewer.
- Based
- Sweden
- Focus
- AI, automation, software, security
A typical mid-sized Swedish company has one company for IT support, another for the website, a third selling security software, and a consultant for anything involving AI. None of them are accountable for the result, and every project starts by explaining the environment again.
SoftSols exists to be the single partner across all of it. Automation, security, software and IT operations. That breadth is the point: the AI agent we build can reach the CRM we integrated, on the network we manage, under the security controls we implemented.
We are direct about what we deliver ourselves and what we deliver with specialist partners and established platforms. You deal with SoftSols either way, and SoftSols is accountable either way.
Four things you can hold us to.
- 01Start from the process, not the product
- We do not lead with a technology. We lead with the workflow that is costing you money, then choose what is genuinely appropriate. Which is sometimes a configuration change rather than a project.
- 02One partner, one accountability
- Breadth only matters if someone owns the outcome. When four things touch each other, you should not have to referee four suppliers.
- 03Build for whoever maintains it
- Systems outlive the engagement that produced them. We write code and documentation for the person who inherits it, including if that person is not us.
- 04Stay after go-live
- Anything touching customers behaves differently under real traffic. The interesting work usually starts at deployment.
You will deal with the people doing the work.
A small team. You will deal with the people who do the work, not an account manager between you and them.

Easier to judge us on a real problem than on a page about ourselves.
Bring us something specific. Half an hour is usually enough to tell whether there is a project here.
